Mathew Abraham is the visionary CEO and Co-Founder of PeoplePro, one of the early pioneers in leadership training organizations. His entrepreneurial acumen extends to co-founding Talking Tree, a media and entertainment establishment, and PepperPot, an innovative food start-up. Mathew’s passion for training and transforming lives is evident in his work with students, parents, and corporate teams. As a passionate trainer and coach, he serves as a leadership mentor and motivational speaker, inspiring individuals to reach their full potential. His expertise as a branding strategist and educationalist, coupled with his skills in curriculum redesign, has made significant impacts in the educational sector. Additionally, Mathew is a business re-engineering coach, a CSR consultant and implementation advisor, and a product designer, showcasing his diverse talents and commitment to excellence. Through his multifaceted roles, Mathew Abraham continues to drive positive change and foster growth across various industries and communities.

Annu Pramod
Managing Director

Annu Pramod is the Chief Transformation Officer and Managing Director of PeoplePro Training Institute LLC-FZ. With over 19 years of experience in the HR departments of multinational corporations, she has profound expertise in training, recruitment, and HR process re-engineering for organizations aiming to scale up. Annu is a distinguished trainer, speaker, coach, and mentor, with a special focus on emotional intelligence and well-being. She is an ACSTH coach approved by the ICF, an Emotional Intelligence Coach, and a Certified Corporate Facilitator. Additionally, she is certified to teach, coach, and speak on modules developed by Dr. John C. Maxwell and is DISC-certified for personality assessments. Annu’s multifaceted skills and dedication to personal and professional growth have made her an influential figure in the field of leadership development and corporate training.

Aruna Nair is a graduate in Psychology and post postgraduate in IT – system analysis and design.  She is also an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified personnel with more than 2 decades of Senior Management experience in MNC. She has been instrumental in setting up customer experience centres for the Teleco industry in different countries. She was an integral part of a centralised hub for 20 plus countries operations for MNC Bank, IT service centre. She has managed quality for global operations for an MNC technology company too.  Passionate about leadership development in school students and engaging in developing university students to be able to get work ready! Her expertise in management roles in customer service & contact centres, transition management, key client relationship management, communication expertise, process and people management, training and development

Hinal Patel is a trainer at Peoplepro, specialising in leadership and life skill training. She comes from a Para-Medical background and holds a Degree in Mirco-biology and PGDMLT. She has experience handling people and has worked for over a decade in the paramedical field. Working with people helped her understand the importance of life skills in day-to-day life. Being a mother, she realised the gap between education and life skills in today’s fast-paced AI generation kids and that’s how she joined hands with Peoplepro in 2016. At Peoplepro, Hinal works on developing skills and fostering a positive attitude, equipping children with the ability to adapt to change, solve problems, and make informed decisions. These skills foster resilience, adaptability, and effective communication, enabling children to navigate challenges and opportunities confidently. Thus making them ready to face the REAL WORLD.

Solomon Gomes is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of extensive experience in training, soft skills development, learning and development, operations, and content creation. His career is marked by a deep passion for working with people, which drives his commitment to enhancing their skills and personal growth. Solomon’s love for sports and fitness is not only a personal interest but also a reflection of his dedication to promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle among those he mentors. Additionally, his enthusiasm for travel and exploration fuels his curiosity and openness to new cultures and perspectives, enriching his ability to connect with diverse groups.
